Terms & Conditions

Zeco Ltd. offer to supply goods and services subject to the conditions of sale set out below. These terms and conditions of sale shall not be rendered invalid or inoperative and shall take precedence and surpass over any other conditions unless specifically agreed in writing by Zeco Ltd. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any given time.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Zeco Ltd. retains the property of all goods supplied until the purchase price has been paid in full. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and content made available from Zeco Ltd shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use material only as expressly authorised by Zeco Ltd. Returned cheques will be charged at £20.00 per representation. Samples cannot be returned for credit.

RETURNS

Goods are not to be sold on a sale or return basis. All returns should be authorised by the sales team. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the goods are not in a resell-able condition, if they have been embroidered or the garments in question have been placed via a special order. Faulty goods will only be accepted if there is a genuine fault in the garment providing the garment has not been badly worn or incorrectly washed. In the event of the return of faulty goods, each case will be investigated objectively by our sales team and the approval sought in support of an issuing of an appropriate credit. Any faulty garments returned to Zeco Ltd must also be clearly marked. Any returned goods collected from customers using our carrier service are subject to a £12.00 charge per carton.

All claims arising from shortages and non faulty goods will only be considered if notification is received within five working days of receipt. If the buyer does not notify Zeco Ltd accordingly, Zeco Ltd shall have no liability for any discrepancies arising.

EMBROIDERY

With the exception of faulty goods, Zeco Ltd will not accept any form of return for goods that have been embroidered by third party embroiders, where wrong colours or shade variations have been dispatched. Embroidery to be charged in addition to garment prices.

MADE TO ORDER

All made to order goods are non refundable unless there is a genuine fault with the garment. All orders need to be confirmed before orders can be processed. Orders which specify certain colour or fabric on any garments are subject to the following disclaimer; The shade of fabric will never be 100% exact match from one batch to another. The process involved in weaving the fabric will not allow this to be possible, however all measures are made so that the tolorence levels are kept to a very small variation.

We attempt to ensure all special orders are produced to the same quantity as desired but with all special orders there’s always a possibility of additional pieces. The possibility of additional pieces can be up to 15% of the initial order.

PRICES

Prices can vary and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax unless otherwise stated which shall be charged at the rate ruling at the time of dispatch of goods where applicable.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders once accepted by Zeco prior to the agreement of a credit account will be on a pro forma basis. All cheques are made payable to Zeco Ltd. All invoices to customers with approved credit facilities are subject to 30 days from date of invoice to finalise payments unless specifically agreed by Zeco Ltd. Failure to do so will fall immediately on the appointment of a receiver, liquidator or administrator or any other act of insolvency to repossess the goods in question. Zeco Ltd reserve the right to charge an interest rate of 2% on all overdue accounts and will accumulate every month from the date payment becomes due. If the payment is not made by the due date, then Zeco Ltd reserves the right to suspend any further deliveries until the payment has been made in full.
